Refund policy
Wish has a 7-day return policy for full price items purchased online only. All items purchased in store are final sale. For in-store pick up orders, the customer has 7 days from the date of purchase to come in and try on and inspect the item(s) and returns or exchanges must be made at the time of pick up. For shipped orders, wish will include a return shipping label by request and the customer will have 7 days from the date of purchase to ship the item(s) back. The $10 return shipping will be deducted from the store credit when issued.
This return policy applies to accessories pre tax $300+ and full price clothing or shoes.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returned items can be returned to the original payment method after a 20% restocking fee or for the full amount in Store Credit. For a Store Credit Return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return and we will communicate the next steps with you directly at shopwishnewport+returns@gmail.com outside of the Shopify Return Portal. For a credit card return, please use the Shopify Return Portal.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items end in a fractional dollar amount (for example, an item listed for $141 is full price while an item listed for $139.50 is final sale). Items sold during a storewide sale are also final sale (i.e. a promo code was used for a discount)
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before purchasing.
Refunds
Wish will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All items sold by wish, online or in store are guaranteed authentic. Wish is in no way affiliated with any of the brands we sell. All items are second hand unless otherwise noted.
Scheduled Markdown Refunds
Wish will honor the in store markdown price of an item starting at midnight on the markdown day. Our software integration marks items down on the website down to the minute it was originally added to inventory but we will honor the markdown price by refunding you the difference. For example, the in store tag shows a markdown on 1/31 but when you purchase the item online on 1/31 at 9am, the prior price is shown, wish will refund you the difference in price once the order is fulfilled.
